Chalkboard Kenya will develop the learning potential of young Kenyan students whilst releasing the teaching potential of future teachers. We will achieve this by linking aspiring teachers with Kenyan children, whilst promoting new and exciting teaching styles and techniques. Our mission starts in Busia, on the Kenyan/Ugandan border, at Mama Orphans Children’s Home teaching young Kenyan orphans.
The Chalkboard Team Chalkboard Kenya was founded by two British graduates and now has developed many partnerships with like minded organisations and academics.
Our Story Chalkboard Kenya grew from its founders collaboration of social problems in the UK and Kenya.
Our Mission To create a change in the UK and Kenyan education system through partnership.
Company Policy We take the security of our teachers and students very seriously and have this as our number one priority.
What Makes Us Different We give you something amazing to show off and talk about in your PGCE / University interview. On the Chalkbaord Kenya programme you are the class teacher, not the assistant.
